Tracking Note


Your tracking number will be delivered to you via confirmation email with the subject line "Appliance Parts Ship Notice". This email will contain the shipping date, method, and tracking number of your package(s). All inquiries pertaining to your order should be directed to our Customer Service.

Items shipped via the US Postal Service are sent with delivery confirmation only and do not have tracking capabilities. This includes packages shipped via "Super Saver" First Class and USPS Priority Mail.

The tracking numbers are emailed to you late in the evening of the day that it ships. The shipper may not show the package as trackable until they update their servers even later in the evening. If the tracking number shows unavailable, simply try again later.

Tracking Options


You have the ability to log into your account and view your recent purchases and their status. You can also see the shipments and tracking information for those shipments which possess tracking details. To view that information, simply Login to Your Account.
