We at Point and Click Appliance Repair guarantee every product that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund. For more details, please see our Return Policy below.

Return Policy


Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Our policy is to refund the shipping price ONLY if we've made an error in the shipment.

If you decide to cancel/return an item due to reasons other than an error on our part, the ACTUAL cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and it is your responsibility to pay return postage on parts. These parts must be returned within the 30 day period to receive full credit.

There is one exception to our return policy. Due to resale laws, we CAN NOT refund the purchase of ELECTRICAL OR GAS PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. You can be assured that any gas or electrical part that you purchase from us is new and has never been installed because we do not accept returns on electrical or gas components that have been installed.

For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires and or harnesses are attached. Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return.

Gas components include but are not limited to items such as gas valves, pressure regulators and safety valves. These items can not be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.

How to Return a Part


All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RAN) which can be requested online 24 hours a day.

  1. Download and complete the warranty claim form below.

  2. Contact our Customer Service online and obtain a return authorization number. Include this number on your downloaded claim form.
  3. Insert a copy of the original purchase receipt and the completed claim form in the return package as proof of purchase.
  4. Using the shipping label on the return form, ship the part in question to:

  5. Mail the package to the address provided on the return form. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. As such, we recommend that you ship the part back to us with a method that is insured and/or trackable.

When we've received and processed the returned part, we will promptly issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase in the purchase amount of the item, plus any applicable tax. However, it is our policy to not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to an error that we have made in the shipment. Typically this process will take two to three weeks from the receipt of the part.

Please note that failure to send the part to the address listed above or failure to provide the required information can substantially delay the refund process.

Special order parts and those not returned within 30 days of the purchase may be subject to restocking fees.
