Shipping Questions When will my order ship?
Parts with an availability of "Ships Now" will ship today, as long as it is before 6:00 PM EST on a business day. We consider business days as Monday through Friday, except national holidays. If it’s after 6:00PM EST, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, we will ship your order the next business day.

Parts with an availability of "Ships Soon" indicate that they are available, but not currently in stock. We will get these items as soon as possible. These items will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our supplier. We typically receive and ship these items within 5-7 business days.

Not Available – The item is no longer supplied by the manufacturer. If you need a part that is described as Not Available, contact us at 877-253-5569 so we can determine if a replacement is available.

All in stock orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will ship out same day.

How will my order ship?
Our default method of shipping is UPS Standard Ground. We also have flat rate options available for 2nd day delivery and next day delivery.

2nd Day Air (Guaranteed Delivery in 2 business days) - $14.95

We ship to the 48 continental United States and can reach over 80% of these households in 1 to 2 days with standard ground shipping.

You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return Questions What do I do if I need to return a part to Point & Click Appliance Repair Parts Store?
Returns are easy at Point & Click Appliance Repair Parts Store - All new and unused parts in original packaging maybe returned within 60 days for full credit with original sales receipt... NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

We will credit the original purchase price plus any sales tax that was charged. The credit will not include the original shipping charge.

If you have a part that you need to return:
  1. Call our customer service department at 877-253-5569 and they will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Write this RMA number on a copy of your receipt and return with the part to:

Warranty Questions What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged part?
  • Defective parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Most parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty for at least 90 days. If you have a part that is defective, please call our customer service department at 877-253-5569.
  • If a part is damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to get credit and we will get you a replacement as quickly as possible. If you receive a damaged part, please call our customer service department at 877-253-5569.
