Common Questions
Shopping Cart will not add more than one item to the cart.
Our shopping cart currently requires the use of cookies to identify your shopping cart. Your shopping cart is identified by this alpha-numeric cookie. If your browser does not allow cookies, our server can not tell that you have previously added a part to the cart. The result, is that the server issues you a new cart number and it adds the second part to that cart. To solve this problem simply change the settings on your browser to allow cookies. This setting will allow the server to understand that you have added multiple items to your shopping cart.
I need to know how to return a part.
We provide detailed instructions on how to return parts and even a shipping label on our Part Return Page.
Do you have a replacement owner's manual for my appliance?
Most manufacturers provide owner's manuals in pdf format on their own web sites. As such we do not attempt to duplicate this resource. They provide this informaiton for free and generally all that is required is the model number of your appliance. |
