Low Price Guarantee

We pride our self in the fact that we offer the lowest prices on our complete inventory of appliance parts and accessories. We are so convinced that we have the lowest prices that we will not only match our competitors' prices but we will beat their prices by 5%.

This discount applies to the total delivered price of an order. If our delivered price is greater than that of one of our competitors call our customer service Toll Free at 1-877-922-2880 and we will take 5% off of our competitor's delivered price.

This discount does not apply to competitor sale or promotional prices. You must contact our customer service before you purchase the parts. We can not negotiate prices after a sale has been completed.

Bulk/Quantity Pricing

We offer price breaks for quantity purchases of select items. These discounts occur with the purchase of small quantities such as two or tree and are available to all of our customers. Items that are eligible will be labeled with 'Quantity Pricing Available'. You can see the detail of the discounts by selecting the More Information link.

Order Price Calculation

The total cost of your order is equal to the sum of the price of each part that you ordered plus shipping. Oklahoma residents add 8.375% sales tax. Shipping charges vary with shipping method.

Credit Card Charges

As a courtesy, we do not charge your credit card for part orders until your purchase has been shipped.

You will not be charged for diagnostic help until we have reviewed your question and have determined that we can assist you with your question. You will receive a coupon code with your diagnosis receipt. That coupon can be used to discount the full purchase price of the diagnosis when you purchase your repair parts. That coupon can also be applied towards extended warranties and upgraded shipping.
