Use our tools site to build your site.
Once your site has been approved, you'll get access to our affiliate member's area. In the member's area we provide you with cut-and-paste code that allows even inexperienced programmers a way to add effective links and banners to your site. You begin receiving immediate credit for all of the sales that your site generates. We also provide banners and graphics, helpful merchandising tips, and 24-hour online reporting so that you can build your store and keep track of your earnings online, any time.

When your Affiliate Program application has been approved you will become eligible to earn referral fees from qualifying sales generated through the links that you provide. You will also have access to online earnings reports that will show you what your visitors are buying, the revenue that has been generated from your links and the commissions that you have earned. This information gives you the ability to streamline your site and make the most of our affiliation.

Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate Program Member?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! There are no fees of any kind for applying to and or participating in our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement or sales quota that you must reach before earning referral commissions. You start earning right away.

Does my web site qualify for the Affiliate Program?

Almost every web site qualifies to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we do reserve the right to deem a web site unacceptable. The following are examples of sites that will NOT be accepted into the program.

Sites that promote sexually explicit material
Sites that promote violence
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
Sites that promote illegal activities
Sites that violate intellectual property rights

Can I become an affiliate if I live outside of the USA?

Yes. We have participating affiliates all over the world. Your site is eligible as long as it meets the requirements defined in the Affiliate Program Operating Agreement.

Can I apply for more than one affiliate account?

Yes, you can submit multiple affiliate program applications. Each application that is accepted will be uniquely identified. This will give you the ability to track the results of multiple web sites, separately.

How should I design my web site?

Every affiliate member site is unique. We respect your creativity and do not require you to format your pages in any particular way. As a result, we do not supply our affiliate members with page templates. We do provide graphics and banners that can be added to your existing pages. We also give you suggestions on what methods have been most successfull for our other affiliate members.

How do I know what products to feature?

To make the most of the Affiliate Program, you should feature products that relate most to your website content. Your visitors will be most interested in products that relate directly to your site content. We provide linking methods that are as course as a warehouse overview to links that are as specific as a particular brand of a type of appliance.

How can I get Point and Click Appliance Repair to add products to the warehouse?

Getting products added to the warehouse is simple. To have item(s) added just email the Affiliate Program administrator with the appliance type, brand, part name and part number. You will then be contacted via email on the feasibility of the request.

We will do our very best to add the items that you request. It is in both of our best interests to provide a wide range of quality products at reasonable prices.

I manage more than one URL. Can I register all of them as an affiliate?

We provide two options for site managers with multiple URLs:

Firstly, you can sign up once for all of your URLs. If you choose this option, you will see all of your earnings and traffic reports for all of your sites in one report that you can access online. You will have one Affiliate login, and there will be no way for you to know which of your sites is generating the most sales.
Lastly, you can sign up separately for each URL you manage. This option will provide you with a separate Affiliate logins for each site. Most Affiliate Members prefer this option so that they can see the breakdown of earnings and traffic for each site. You will also receive a separate check for each account. For accounting purposes, we will not combine checks from multiple accounts.

Can I take orders on my web site and just forward the order and customer information to you?

NO. Our inventory, products, pricing and availability are always changing. In order to provide your visitors with the most up-to-date information it is important that Point and Click Appliance Repair handle all facets of the order processing. Our automated ordering process saves you paper work and valuable time in the ordering and delivery process.

How much do Affiliate Program Members earn in referral fees?

Affiliate Program members receive 10% of the sale price of every product they sell. Your commission is credited to you every time an order is placed that originates from a link on your site. The average online sale from our site is currently $37.50 USD which generates an average referral fee of $3.75 USD.

What items qualify for referral fees, and how are those fees calculated?

All items on our online warehouse qualify for referral fees as described in Section 4 of our Operating Agreement. You'll earn referral fees when a visitor follows a link or banner from your site to ours and purchases our products. You'll receive 10% of the listed sell price in our online warehouse. Referral fees are not calculated on tax, shipping and other related costs.

When and how are Affiliate Program Members paid?

All referral fees are paid calendar quarterly, within thirty days of the close of the quarter. Fees will be paid via check which are mailed to Affiliate Program members.

How does Point and Click Appliance Repair track orders that come from Affiliate sites.?

You will receive an Affiliate ID after you sign up through our online Registration Form. Links from your site to ours are in a special format that contain your Affiliate ID. Every time a customer follows one of those links to our site, this unique URL tells us which products were purchased as well as which Affiliate sent the customer to us.

Does Point and Click Appliance Repair have an online reporting feature so that I can keep track of my earnings and traffic?

Yes, once you've been accepted into the Affiliate Program, you will have access to our "members only" Affiliate area. There, you'll be able to view your earnings and traffic reports at any time. These reports not only show you what you earn, they also show you how much and what exactly your customers are buying, which will help you determine what products sell well from your site.

Will I earn referral fees for personal orders that I make through my Web site?

Yes. As stated in the Operating Agreement, we pay referral fees for orders placed as a result of a visitor coming from your site. If you choose to follow a link from your site to ours and to purchase our products then we will honor the referral. However, we offer credit accounts and extended discounts to our volume customers. If you plan on opening an Affiliate account for the discount we suggest you enquire about volume accounts.

Do I have to meet sales quotas or performance tiers before I can earn fees?

No. Unlike many other affiliate programs, we do not require our members to meet sales quotas or performance tiers to earn their fees. We pay 10% for sales of qualifying products regardless of how much you sell. We do not impose maximum referral fee earnings per items or order. We want you to be rewarded for the sales generated from your links.
